In 2024, he founded Food Service Pride® to help foodservice leaders improve execution, strengthen performance, and navigate change with clarity. Jeffrey’s work focuses on aligning people, processes, and performance to support sustainable growth and exceptional experiences across campus dining, hospitality, restaurants, and the foodservice supply chain.

Joe brings more than 25 years of foodservice leadership experience, having worked his way up from the kitchen to executive leadership while overseeing large-scale university dining operations and high-performing teams. Throughout his career, Joe has built a reputation for developing talent, strengthening client partnerships, and turning underperforming operations into programs that consistently deliver. His work centers on aligning people, processes, and culture to create dining experiences that are both operationally sound and genuinely meaningful to the communities they serve.
Anthony Delligatti
Senior Consultant
Anthony is a seasoned consultant with 35 years of leadership experience at Sodexo, driving growth, innovation, and client success across campus, corporate, and government sectors. He has held roles from General Manager to Vice President of Operations and brings additional industry experience from Brinker International, Peasant Restaurant Group, and as an owner/operator.
He specializes in strategic marketing, food operations, team development, and new unit openings, with a strong record of client retention and financial performance. A recognized leader, Anthony has earned top IPSOS rankings, served as a Customer Experience Ambassador, and mentored through IMPACT and LEAD programs.
Anthony holds degrees in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University and is AllerTrain certified. He is passionate about guest experience, mentorship, and community partnerships, and has served in leadership roles with NACUFS and multiple Sodexo resource groups.
